Property Selection
Find the right property and pay a reservation fee to the vendor to secure your preferred property. This transaction ensures your chosen property is temporarily withdrawn from the market, preventing others from purchasing it during the reservation period.
Contract Signing
Sign the Contract of Sale.
First Payment
Transfer a 10% deposit to the Vendor's solicitor's trust account. The remaining balance of the full purchase price will be settled upon property completion.
Registration Fee Refund
After a successful deposit transaction, the reservation fee will be fully refunded.
Mortgage Arrangements
We recommend preparing your mortgage application approximately three months before the settlement date. We can also connect you with reputable banks and financial advisors to assist with this process.
Property Completion
On the settlement day, make the final payments, and the transaction will be completed. Congratulations, you now have ownership of your property.
