Property Selection
Find the right property and pay a reservation fee to the vendor to secure your preferred property. This transaction ensures your chosen property is temporarily withdrawn from the market, preventing others from purchasing it during the reservation period.
Draft Contract
The vendor's solicitor will prepare the contract of sale. You will need to engage a solicitor to create a Legal Report on the property, conduct thorough due diligence, and agree on the contract's terms.
Exchanged
Once both parties have agreed and signed the contract, your solicitor will exchange contracts with the vendor's solicitor. You will also need to submit the exchange deposit to the Vendor's solicitor.
Mortgage
We recommend preparing your mortgage application approximately three months before the settlement date. We can also connect you with reputable banks and financial advisors to assist in this process.
Property Completion
On the day of completion, you'll make the final payments, including stamp duty. The transaction will be finalized.
Land Registration
